The Lancaster Leak - Entity Exam is a free adventure game from indie developer Jeremy Fischer and is the third entry to The Lancaster Leak VHS-style horror series. It continues where the previous releases left off and delve deeper into the dark secrets behind an FBI cover-up during the 1980s.

From the plot that The Lancaster Leak - O'Brien State Park started, secret VHS tapes of FBI investigation cover-ups on the disappearance of Agent Valerie Bardot keep leaking to the public. The whistle-blowers have put out more footage with The Lancaster Leak - Entity Exam, which sheds light on a secret training program that E.R.D. agents undergo.
